In November 2020, Farfetch entered into a joint partnership with Richemont and Alibaba. Alibaba and Richemont jointly invest $600 million in Farfetch, taking a combined 25% stake in Farfetch’s Chinese ventures.

How do I return an item using the Farfetch box?
Place each item youre returning with all the original packaging inside the FARFETCH box. Prepare your package by attaching your Return Label to the outside of your FARFETCH box. Attach the Return Note to the outside of your FARFETCH box. Make sure the Return Label is still visible as this will need to be scanned by the courier.
