The easiest way to reach Docas de Santo Amaro is by train, which departs every 20 minutes from Cais do Sodré. It’s the train to Cascais, which stops at the Alcântara-Mar station in just four minutes. Exit the station to the left, and walk towards the bridge.

A wonderful marina with restaurants aplenty, tptachts to dream owning, friendly, helpful people. Docas de Santo Amaro is a dock area at the foot foundation of the 25 de Abril bridge. The original warehouses are mostly converted into restaurants. A really nice place for relaxation and dinner purposes.

How do I get to docA Santo Amoro?
Doca Santo Amoro is located between Baixa and Belem, in the Alcantara neighbourhood. The area can be used as an inbetween stop if you visit Belem from the Baixa. There are different ways to do this: by public transport, walking or cycling. If you choose the latter two, there is a walking and cycling path along the Tagus river from the Doca.
What is there to do in the Doca?
There are many different restaurants and bars: from a fish restaurant to a burger joint, but there is also a cocktail bar and the chain of ice cream parlours Artisani also has a branch here if you fancy some delicious ice cream. You wouldn’t have guessed it but prices here at the Doca are very reasonable.
